If you were to ask me for a reliable, current WordPress theme provider company, I would send you to TallyThemes.com. I have five of their premium themes and will likely buy more. They have been trouble free to set up and run. Their themes are kept up with the current changes to WordPress and you will get at least a couple of updates each year - these are not themes which you buy and never get new versions.
